Corn Caserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can regular corn
- 1 box of cornbread mix
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 8 oz. sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl mix all ingredients and pour into a 9x9 (brownie pan) that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 1 hour.
Final Comments
To double this recipe use a 9x13 pan and check at 1 hour for doneness in the center--you may have to bake an extra 15 mins.
