    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can cream corn
    • 1 can regular corn
    • 1 box of cornbread mix
    • 1 stick of butter, melted
    • 8 oz. sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl mix all ingredients and pour into a 9x9 (brownie pan) that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
    2. Bake for 1 hour.


    Final Comments


    To double this recipe use a 9x13 pan and check at 1 hour for doneness in the center--you may have to bake an extra 15 mins.
