    • 2 cups corn ( if whole kernal, drain)
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1 1/2 cups milk
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • Buttered bread crumbs


    Instructions


    1. For a creamy pudding, use cream of corn instead of whole kernal corn, or mix cream of corn with regular corn kernels.
    2. Mix butter, milk, soy sauce, salt and flour.
    3. Add corn and beaten egg.
    4. Pour into casserole and cover with buttered bread crumbs.
    5. Bake 20 to 20 minutes at 350º or until firm and lightly browned.
