- 2 cups corn ( if whole kernal, drain)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Buttered bread crumbs
Instructions
- For a creamy pudding, use cream of corn instead of whole kernal corn, or mix cream of corn with regular corn kernels.
- Mix butter, milk, soy sauce, salt and flour.
- Add corn and beaten egg.
- Pour into casserole and cover with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake 20 to 20 minutes at 350º or until firm and lightly browned.
