A couple of years ago, Albertson's used to carry Goldy's line of cheese spreads. This one was one of their most yummy ones. When they discontinued carrying them, I went crazy hunting all over town. This is a great cheese spread used on crackers...I tried to reproduce the flavors and have come very close to the original....
List of Ingredients
serves 6
1 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1 buffalo mozzarella cheese ball
6 oz. Alouette Elegante Sundried Tomatoes & Garlic
1/4 t. liquid smoke
1/4 c. chopped pimientos, drained
Recipe
Blend all ingred. well, Pat into a crock and cover overnite. Serve with Wheatables and crudites such as red and green bell pepper slivers, celery sticks and carrot sticks.
