    List of Ingredients




    4 slices bacon
    1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 TBS. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. cream cheese, cut in small pieces
    2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sour cream

    Recipe



    Fry bacon crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside.
    Add mushroom, onions and garlic to pan and cook until tender. Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients to pan, except sour cream and bacon.
    Heat on low and stir until cheese melts.
    Stir in sour cream and bacon and heat thoroughly.
    Serve warm with crackers and bread sticks.
    Yield 2 1/2 to 3 cups.
