Pineapple Cheese Ball
List of Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 cups chopped pecans, divided
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 Tablespoon seasoned salt
Instructions
- With wooden spoon, mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup of the pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
- Shape into ball.
- Roll in remaining pecans.
- Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate over night or until well chilled.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
- Any left-over can be reshaped for use another time.
