    Club Soda Waffles

    Club Soda Waffles

    2 c. bisquick
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1-1/3 c. Club Soda

    Mix together lightly, getting out as many lumps as possible. Bake in waffle iron.
    Note: Batter must be used at once. Do not make ahead.
    If you have left-over batter, make the waffles and freeze. Reheat in your toaster.
