Egg and Sausage Casserole
List of Ingredients
- 7 slices white bread, broken up
- 1 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place bread in 9x13 greased pan.
- Top with cheese and cooked and drained sausage.
- Combine eggs, milk and mustard.
- Pour over ingredients in pan.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Next morning, combine soup, milk and salt.
- Pour over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
