    Egg and Sausage Casserole


    List of Ingredients


    • 7 slices white bread, broken up
    • 1 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • 2 1/2 cups milk
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Place bread in 9x13 greased pan.
    2. Top with cheese and cooked and drained sausage.
    3. Combine eggs, milk and mustard.
    4. Pour over ingredients in pan.
    5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    6. Next morning, combine soup, milk and salt.
    7. Pour over top of casserole.
    8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
