Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
Orange Juice
Topping:
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. orange juice
Frosting:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small box pineapple jello
1 small box Instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 c. flaked coconut
Recipe
Mix cake as directed on box, using orange juice in place of water called for in recipe. Bake as directed in 9x13 pan.
When done, poke holes in cake with wooden spoon handle. Pour Eagle Brand over top of hot cake, allowing to run in holes. Pour the 1/2 cup orange juice over top.
Refrigerate to cool completely.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add dry jello and pudding mix and mix well. Gradually add the 1 cup of milk; mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle coconut on top.
Keep refrigerated.
