    Peach Upside-Down Pudding Cake

    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced cling peaches, well drained
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 small instant vanilla pudding mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. almond extract

    Recipe



    Combine melted butter and brown sugar.
    Spread in bottom of greased 9x13 pan.
    Arrange peaches over brown sugar mixture.
    In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat for 4 minutes with electric mixer.
    Spread mixture carefully over peaches.
    Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until it tests done.
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
    Loosen cake around edges with spatula.
    Invert onto platter and remove pan.
    Let cool.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
