Round Steak Casserole
2 lbs. round steak, cut in bite size pieces
2 TBS. cooking oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 soup cans water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
3 TBS. soy sauce
Recipe
Roll meat in flour and brown in oil. Put in 2 qt. casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hrs. at 325°.
