    Easy Cream Cheese Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    These are delicious!

    1 pkg. Butter Recipe Golden cake mix
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for one hour. Roll in 1-inch balls*. Bake on greased baking sheet at 350° for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly brown around edges.
    Cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
    *Note: You can also just drop by teaspoon.
    Optional: Chocolate chips and/or chopped nuts may be added.
