    List of Ingredients




    3 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can Raspberry Pie Filling

    Mix all dry ingredients with butter, like for pie dough. Beat egg yolks, milk and vanilla; add to dry ingredients. Chill dough 1 hour. Roll out over half of the dough mixture quite thin and place in large 10x15 cookie sheet. Spread pie filling on top.
    Roll out remaining dough and make a lattice over filling. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
    Cool completely, frost and sprinkle with coconut. Cut in squares to serve.

    Frosting:
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick), softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. marshmallow cream
    1 lb. box powdered sugar

    Cream the butter, shortening and cream cheese. Add salt, marshmallow cream and powdered sugar and mix well.
    Spread on cooled Raspberry Squares. Sprinkle Coconut on top.
