    1 pkg. brownie mix with chocolate pouch
    1 c. chopped nuts, divided
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

    Mix brownies as directed on box, using the extra egg for cake brownies; add 1/2 c. of the nuts. Spread in greased 9x13-inch pan. Set aside.
    Combine graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. chopped nuts, chocolate chips and Eagle Brand. Mix well. Spread on top of brownie mixture.
    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

    Frosting:
    6 TBS. butter
    3 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 TBS. milk

    Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and milk; mix well. Spread on cooled brownies.

    Topping:
    2 oz. (about 1/3 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 TBS. butter

    Melt together; cool slightly and drizzle over frosting.
    Cool in refrigerator. Cut in squares to serve.
