Crockpot Meatloaf

List of Ingredients
For 5-6 qt. Crockpot
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. ketchup
1 TBS. seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. dry bread crumbs
3 lb. ground beef
Combine all ingredients except beef.
Add beef and mix well.
Shape into round loaf (7-inches round by 3-inches high).
Tear off an 18-inch length of foil; fold lengthwise to make a 7 1/2-inch wide strip; fit foil across bottom of crock and extending up each side; place meatloaf on foil in crock; cover.
Cook on low 8-10 hours. (High: 3-3 1/2 hours.)
Sauce:
1/4 c. ketchup
2 TBS. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Combine all ingredients.
About 15 minutes before serving, spread sauce over top of meatloaf.
Use foil strip to lift meatloaf from crockpot.
