List of Ingredients 1 large Angel Food cake 1 large can Apricot Nectar 1 cup sugar 7 Tablespoons tapioca 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Instructions Cut cake in 1 inch pieces and put in 9x13 pan. Bring sugar, apricot nectar and tapioca to a boil. Cook and stir until tapioca is clear. (This takes a while.) Cool slightly. Pour mixture over cake. Let cool completely. Spread Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate.
