    Apricot Angel Cake Dessert

    Use fat-free Cool Whip and you've got a delicious fat-free dessert.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large Angel Food cake
    • 1 large can Apricot Nectar
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 7 Tablespoons tapioca
    • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip


    Instructions


    1. Cut cake in 1 inch pieces and put in 9x13 pan.
    2. Bring sugar, apricot nectar and tapioca to a boil.
    3. Cook and stir until tapioca is clear. (This takes a while.)
    4. Cool slightly.
    5. Pour mixture over cake.
    6. Let cool completely.
    7. Spread Cool Whip on top.
    8. Refrigerate.
