    Crust:
    3/4 c. crushed buttery round crackers
    3/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    Filling:
    3 bananas, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    3 1/2 c. cold milk
    2 (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

    Recipe



    For crust, combine crackers, vanilla wafers, walnuts and butter. Press evenly onto bottom of 9x13 pan. Reserve some for garnish.
    For filling, arrange banana slices evenly over crust. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in cold milk. Add pudding mix and beat until well blended. Spread over bananas. Spoon pineapple over pudding mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top. Garnish with Maraschino cherries, if desired.
