Blueberry Buckle
1-1/2 c. butter or margerine
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3-1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
4 c. fresh blueberries
TOPPING:
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, softened
In large bowl, cream butter; gradually add sugar and beat well. Add eggs and beat until creamy. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Gently stir in blueberries. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Combine topping ingredients and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 min.
