    Coconut Cream Dessert

    2 stacks (from the box) of Townhouse Crackers, crushed
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    2 boxes (3.4 oz. each) Instant Coconut Cream Pudding Mix
    1 cup milk
    1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
    8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed

    Combine crushed crackers and melted margarine.
    Press into bottom of 9x13-inch glass dish.
    Combine pudding and milk.
    Add softened ice cream and mix well.
    Spread over crust.
    Spread cool whip on top.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
