    Peanut Butter Parfait

    CRUST:
    1 1/2 cups flour
    3/4 cup softened margarine
    Combine until crumbly. Press evenly into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees fpor 20 minutes. Cool completely.

    Layer 1:
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 cup powdered sugar
    8 oz. cool whip, thawed
    2/3 cup finely chopped peanuts
    Combine peanut butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Blend in cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top (reserve small amount for garnish).

    Layer 2:
    2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding mix
    2 cups cold milk
    Mix well and spread on layer 1.

    Layer 3:
    8 oz. cool whip, thawed
    Spread over layer 2. Sprinkle reserved nuts on top. Chill at least 2 hours.
