    HOT DOG SAUCE

    1 lb ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)
    2 TBS. cracker meal
    1 (16 oz.) can beef broth
    salt, pepper -- to taste

    1. Brown ground beef and onions then simmer for 1/2 hour.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for one hour or until desired consistency.
    NOTE: To get a finer texture, run meat through a food processor or blender (after browning) before adding other ingredients.
