    Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

    1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth (or 1 can chicken broth and 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup)
    1 (10 ounce) can chunk chicken*
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans
    1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
    1/4 tsp. cumin, or to taste
    2 TBS. chopped cilantro, or to taste

    Open the cans of corn, chicken broth, chunk chicken, black beans, and Rotel tomatoes with green chilies. Pour all into a large saucepan or stock pot. Add seasoning. Simmer over medium heat until chicken is heated through.
    Serve with broken Tortilla Chips, shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired.
    6 servings.
    *Cubed cooked chicken breast can be used in place of canned.
