Corn Casserole
List of Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except muffin mix.
- Mix well.
- Stir in muffin mix.
- Pour into 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
