    Corn Casserole


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
    • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients except muffin mix.
    2. Mix well.
    3. Stir in muffin mix.
    4. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole.
    5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
