- 1/2 C. chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 C. mild picante sauce
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1/4 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (you can actually use any kind of cheese you like, I use the Mexican flavored cheese)
- 1/4 C. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 T. fresh lime juice (it tastes better w/ fresh limes, but you can use the bottled kind if it's easier)
Instructions

- Heat oil in medium non-stick skillet.
- Add onion and garlic; saute 4 minutes or until tender.
- Add beans, tomatoes, picante sauce, cumin and chili powder. Cook 5 minutes or until blended. Stirring constantly.
