    Meatballs in Sour Cream Sauce


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
    • 1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs
    • 1 Egg; slightly beaten
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper
    • 1 Tblsp. vegetable oil
    • 1 Tblsp. Paprika
    • 1 Medium onion, halved
    • 1 Jar Heinz Brown Gravy
    • 1/2 Cup Dairy Sour Cream
    • Hot Cooked Noodles


    Instructions


    1. Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, milk, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, and paprika.
    2. Shape into meatballs.
    3. Brown meatballs in oil until fully cooked; drain.
    4. Add gravy and sour cream until warm.
    5. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
