Broccoli Cornbread

List of Ingredients
- 4 eggs or 1 egg beater
- 10 oz. broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick butter
- 10 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Cook in greased iron skillet, 8 1/2 X 11 dish, or muffins.
- Mix all ingredients, add cornbread mix last.
- Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before taking up.
