    1 1/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 C. melted butter
    1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
    1 C. boiling water
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 C. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 C. sour cream

    Recipe



    Crust:
    combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 TBsp sugar & butter. Press into pan. Bake in a 350 F oven for about 8 minutes, cool.

    Filling:
    Dissolve jello in the water, let set up until slightly thick. Meanwhile cream sugar & cream cheese. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well, fold into jello. Pour into crust. Set in fridge for at least 4 hours. Top with cherry pie filling, or strawberries.
