Cheddar Biscuits
Have you tried making the Red Lobster Bisquits??? They're not the same, but a pretty good substitute and willpower boost.

List of Ingredients
1 Cup Atkins Baking Mix
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup seltzer
3 oz shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
Recipe
Mix the dry ingredients.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Stir in cream and sour cream, then add only enough seltzer to make it mixable and spoonable.
Add cheese and mix.
Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes - or until done.
Makes approx 10 biscuits
At 2.0 carbs-.4 fiber=1.6 carbs
