    List of Ingredients




    From "Baking LowCarb" by Diana Lee (You can order it through the Low Carb Retreat for about $15.00--full of pretty great recipes--and no soy!)

    1/2 cup water (warm, not hot)
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 TBSP oil
    1 egg (sl beaten)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup high gluten flour (I found Bob's Red Mill brand at HyVee/ also same as "vital wheat gluten")
    1/2 cup oat flour (HyVee and HealthFood stores)
    1/2 cup vanilla WHEY Protein Powder (GNC)
    1 pkg rapid rise yeast

    60 carbs and 196 protein per loaf. I got 15 slices, so it was 4 per slice.

    To your bread machine add the ingredients in the order that follows. Add water, cream, oil, egg, salt, gluten flour, oat flour, vanilla whey protein powder, and yeast. Set your bread machine according to directions for Rapid Bake (2 hours).
