Sausage Cream Gravy
List of Ingredients
(Makes 4 servings)
1/4 pound sausage, ground
1 teaspoon sage
2 cups cream
1 TBS butter
Recipe
Brown and stir meat until mixed and crumbly. Add enough cream to make the desired amount of gravy for your idea of a proper meat and gravy ratio. Add one tablespoon of butter. Stir together and reduce until thickened to your preference. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon out desired serving onto a plate and top with scrambled eggs.
