Almond Salad for One
List of Ingredients
lettuce
1 radish, chopped
1/3 cucumber,chopped
1 1/2 tbl. sliced almonds
2 oz. cheese, cubed (try different cheeses, swiss, gouda)
Olive oil
2 tbls. Best Foods Mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustardRecipe
Pre-mix olive oil, mayo and mustard to form the dressing. Place this in a seperate container from the remaining ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients in a covered container.
At lunch, enjoy with a protein serving.
