List of Ingredients
Bibb or leaf lettuce
gorgonzola cheese
toasted pecan pieces (see how below)
olive oil/balsamic vinegar
season with salt and pepper to taste

WARNING: Nuts will burn faster than the butter during the toasting. Place some butter and the pecans in a frying pan over medium burner. Stir constantly until nuts are toasted. Cool the nuts and place in small baggie.
Place gorgonzola in a small baggie.
Combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
Place lettuce in a serving sized container.
At lunch time put everything together, mix and enjoy with a side of protein.
