I have to carry a lunch to work... the lunches offered are loaded with carbs and the prices in the cafeteria are outrageous. Here is one idea that has helped me.
List of Ingredients
Sliced deli meats
Best Foods (Hellman's) Mayonnaise (Or Ranch Dressing)
your choice or a combination from the following list:
coleslaw mix
saurkraut
sprouts
shredded lettuce
bell pepper slices
mushroom slices
asperagus stalks
avacado slices
dill pickle spears
cucumber spears
zucchini spears
egg salad
guacamole
green onion
bacon bits
~~~various cheeses~~~
blue cheese crumbled
swiss cheese
cream cheese
cheddar cheese
pepper jack cheese (so good with turkey)
and even cottage cheese will work!!!

Slather the meat slice with mayo or ranch dressing.
Using the sliced meat like it was a tortilla. Add about 2 tblsp. of filling of your choice and roll up like a wrap. Be sure you keep them well chilled.
Tip: If you get a chance to buy some of those mini peppers... try stuffing them with cream cheese. They can be rolled up in the meat too!
