Place the salmon in a microwave safe dish (I actually use a small Glad Bowl) and cover with mayonnaise, then sprinkle with the lemon pepper.
Usually 1-3 minutes is plenty to cook your salmon if its not too large.
Note:
I do the prep work at home and take it to work. A couple of minutes in the microwave and you have a wonderful fresh piece of salmon to go with a salad of your choice.
However, if you like cold salmon (which is a nice change too), just prepare it at home and take it chilled to work.
