CHOCOLATE CHEESE BALLS
List of Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
4 tablespoons splenda
1 cup pecans -- finely chopped
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons splendaRecipe
Cream the cream cheese and 4 tbsp splenda, add pecans. Chill until cheese will form balls. Melt the chocolate and butter together slowly over low heat. Remove from heat and add heavy cream, vanilla and splenda. Roll cream cheese into balls, lay on tray with nion stick paper, then drizzle chocolate mixture over each. Chill until chocolate hardens enough to pick up.
