    Emeril's Essence (Cajun Spice Mix)

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup salt
    2 Tbsp cayenne
    2 Tbsp paprika
    1 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
    1 Tbsp black pepper
    1 Tbsp white pepper
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    2 tsp basil
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp thyme
    1/4 tsp mustard powder
    1/8 tsp ground cloves

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a small glass jar, cover and store in a cool dark place, will keep for up to 4 months. Makes a great gift for anyone who likes to cook! Makes about 3/4 of a cup.
