    Balsamic Strawberries & Cream

    List of Ingredients

    2 Tbls. Splenda
    1 pint strawberries, cleaned and sliced
    2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    Optional: chopped fresh mint
    ---------------

    Whipped heavy cream
    dash vanilla
    Splenda to taste

    Recipe

    Combine berries with Splenda and vinegar. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (The vinegar caused the strawberries to release their juices.)
    Whip heavy cream with Splenda and vanilla to taste.
    Serve strawberries in a dessert dish with whipped cream on top.
