    1 small box SF Jell-o (lemon is suggested, but don't be afraid to try others.
    1 c boiling water
    16 oz. cream cheese, cubed.


    Recipe



    Melt the Jell-O in the water, then start adding the cream cheese while beating with a mixer. Sets up quickly.
