    E-Z CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES

    List of Ingredients




    10 ounces cream cheese at room temp
    3 Tablespoons sour cream
    1 egg
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
    6 packes splenda

    Recipe



    beat the cream cheese til smooth then add the other ingredients and beat until all are smooth. Spoon into lined (pastry cups) muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Completely cool then chill in refigerator. Makes 6

    A few sliced strawberries may be added to make this extra special.
