    WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE

    A tasty treat at about 6 grams carbs per serving. If you omit the crust you have dropped the carbs to 4 grams.

    List of Ingredients

    CRUST:
    1/2 to 3/4 c. of finely chopped pecans
    (You might want to try other nuts, but watch for variations in the carbs)
    1 tsp. butter, melted
    sprinkle of cinnamon


    CHEESECAKE
    1 small pkg. white chocolate Jell-O pudding (24 g. carbs)
    1 1/4 c. heavy cream (0 g. carbs)+ 1/4 c. cold water
    8 oz. block of cream cheese (8 g.)


    Recipe

    Mix crust ingredients and pat into a small container for the crust.

    Make pudding ALMOST according to the directions. SUBSTITUTE 1/4 c. WATER + 1 1/4 c. HEAVY CREAM FOR THE MILK. MIX IT UNTIL WELL BLENDED, BUT DON'T OVER MIX OR THE CREAM WILL TURN TO BUTTER. Refrigerate and enjoy!

    Total carb - 32 g. (w/out crust) OR 54 g. with crust
    If you make it into 8 servings that would average:
    4 carbs w/o crust or 6.5 carbs with crust per serving.
