CORNED BEEF OVEN OMELET

8 eggs
1 cup light cream
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 3-ounce package thinly sliced corned beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon instant minced onionRecipe
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, cream and seasoned salt together.
Tear corned beef into small pieces and add to egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased baking dish, 11-1/2x7-1/2x1-1/2 inches or 8x8x2 inches. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is
golden brown.
