EGGS FLORENTINE
List of Ingredients
3 cups cooked spinach
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
6 eggs
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine spinach, butter and seasonings, and mix well. Spread in a greased, shallow baking dish. Make six hollows in the spinach mixture, equal distances apart, and break one egg into each hollow.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until eggs are cooked to the desired degree of doneness.
