Baked Chile Relleno Puff

List of Ingredients
2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chili’s
12 oz. grated Jack cheese (I often use Longhorn or Cheddar and for an extra kick try Pepper Jack)
1/2 c. salsa
Egg Mixture
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. onion salt
Recipe
Layer:
1 can chiles
half of cheese
half of salsa
Repeat layers
Pour egg mixture over the chilies. Sprinkle w/ paprika. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350°F.
