    Note: When I "used" to make Pad Thai, I'd use some chicken or shrimp in it, so don't be afraid to add some protein to this dish.


    QUAN'S LOW-CARB PAD THAI

    1 HEAD OF CABBAGE
    1 ONION
    1 TBSP OF SESAME SEEDS
    2 TBSP OF SOY SAUCE
    4 EGGS
    NUTS (PEANUTS, PINE NUTS, CASHEWS)
    SLICE CABBAGE & ONIONS.

    Recipe



    BROWN HALF OF ONIONS AND TOAST NUTS WITH SESAME SEEDS IN OLIVE, PEANUT OR SESAME OIL. SET ASIDE.
    BROWN THE OTHER HALF OF ONIONS, ADD SLICED CABBAGE, COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
    BEAT EGGS WITH HALF OF SOY SAUCE.
    TURN HEAT TO HIGH, ADD SOY SAUCE.
    THEN ADD EGG MIXTURE.
    FINALLY ADD NUTS MIXTURE AND SERVE.
