Quick Crescent Taco Pie

1 1/4 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1cup sour cream
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1 1/2 cup crushed Fritos (divided)
5-6 slices American CheeseRecipe
Brown beef in a skillet, drain. Add taco seasoning, water and salsa; simmer for 5 minutes. Unroll crescent roll dough and place in 10-inch pie plate to form crust; press edges together at seams. Sprinkle 1 cup corn ships over crust. Spoon meat mixture over chips. Spread sour cream over top. Cover with cheese slices; sprinkle with remaining crushed corn chips.
Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
