Stir Fried Oriental Chicken w/ Veggies
List of Ingredients
Left over grilled chicken, sliced
Bottled stir fry sauce (watch carb count on label)
1 lb. bag of frozen veggies (I like broccoli, snow peas, diced red pepper and water chestnuts)
optional: cooked rice and shelled peanuts
Recipe
Cook and drain frozen veggies. Place back into the pot and add chicken and stir-fry sauce; heat through.
optional:Serve over cooked rice and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
