    CARIBBEAN SHRIMP

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound large or jumbo shrimp,
    cleaned, tails left on
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. lime juice
    1 Tbs. garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp. chopped dried rosemary
    1 tsp. chopped dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste
    1/4 tsp. salt
    Fresh lime for garnish

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, except limes. Marinate at room temperature for one hour. Heat a dry skillet on medium-high. When skillet is hot, lay shrimp in pan. Cook shrimp 3 minutes per side, brushing them with marinade before turning. Garnish with lime.

    Serves 4

    Carb.: 0.5 gm.
