    Orange Roughy (or fish of your choice)
    1 packet of Italian Seasonings
    1/4 c.water.

    Recipe



    Combine the seasoning packet and water. Mix well. Add fish and marinate for about 30 minutes.
    Bake or grill fish until done.
    (I love cook it on my George Forman Grill)
