Shrimp with Basil
List of Ingredients
3/4 tbls. olive oil
2 tbls. butter, melted
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoons coarse grained prepared mustard
1-2 ounces minced fresh basil
1 lg cloves garlic, minced
salt to taste
1 pinch white pepper
1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
Recipe
1- Using a glass dish or bowl, combine olive oil and butter. Stir in lemon juice, mustard, basil,garlic,salt and a few grains of white pepper. Add shrimp, and toss to coat. Cover, and refrigerate about an hour.
2- Preheat grill to high .
3-Drain the shrimp and place on skewers.
4- Lightly oil grate, and place skewers on grill.
Shrimp will cook in about 3-4 minutes on each side.
