    For a quick fix after a busy day. Prepare this substituting a pork roast and cooking it in a crockpot while you're away.

    List of Ingredients




    6-8 boneless pork chops
    cooking oil
    1 jar (12-16 oz) salsa (mild, medium or hot depending on your taste)

    Recipe



    Brown pork chops in oil, drain, put in pan and pour on jar of salsa.
    Bake 350° for 25 minutes uncovered.
