Spicey Marinade

List of Ingredients




½ small onion, chopped
1 oz. ginger root, peeled and coarsely chopped
Juice of ½ lime
2 Tbs. soy sauce
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 TBS honey
1 or 2 jalapenos, seeded & chopped
1 large clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dried or 1-Tbs. fresh thyme leaves

Place in blender for food processer until liquified.
Pour over steak in a zip top bag.
